DocuWise

For SKOZAR Legal we developed a platform for (legal) compliant documents generation DocuWise, where the users can easily generate the documents they need without the fear of forgetting, changing or deleting any crucial legal information.

How does it work?

Instead of manually inputting the personal information and manually setting and drafting various terms and parameters of the document, the clients receive a link to a custom form where they themselves fill out all the necessary information or they can share it with other relevant parties.

The platform then generates the desired document with all the necessary information in the right places and the client does not have to fear that they accidentally forgot, deleted or changed any crucial information.

Features

Dynamic Form

The form contains all the relevant questions that ensure the generated document is suited for the client’s specific situation, contains all the additional clauses that ensure the validity as well as are in the best interest of the client.

Simple and easy form sharing

The link to the form can also be filled out by someone outside the client’s organization, by simply sharing the link. The client then receives the documents generated on the basis of the answers by email.

Automated document changes

When single changes are made, they will be automatically relevantly applied across the entire document to ensure consistency.

User access control

DocuWise can also be used by multiple team members by adding as many users or departments as needed, with customized access levels.

Custom Output

The clients can easily get the exact document needed, by adding the business’ branding. The document can also be exported in either pdf of docx format, depending on the client’s needs and wishes.

Integrations

The form for the document generation can also be embedded on the client website.
