For a Slovenian SME specializing in metal parts manufacturing, we developed a robust system to streamline and manage the entire production process.

The platform’s primary goal is to optimize operations by providing a complete overview of machine and workforce capacity alongside client demands, while automating much of the planning process.
For this project, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the client's production processes, immersing ourselves in their workflow to define essential features effectively. We then managed the entire full-stack development of the platform, ensuring it aligned with their unique operational needs.
Key Features of the Platform
- Project Management: Each project or part is assigned critical parameters, including end dates, priority levels, component details, required operations, and visual documentation, such as technical drawings and plans, which can be easily added for clarity.
- Machine and Capacity Management: Provides a comprehensive view of production capacity across machines and workforce, enabling the client to maximize operational efficiency.
- Intuitive User Interface: Designed with usability in mind, the interface is user-friendly and accessible, streamlining task navigation and feature accessibility.

Calendar Feature
The Calendar feature serves as a central hub for real-time scheduling and efficient resource allocation across projects. Drawing directly from project management data, it organizes tasks by priority, part sequence, end dates, and other critical factors to achieve an optimized production schedule.
Key Functionalities of the Calendar Feature:
Provides a comprehensive view of timelines and available machine and workforce capacity, allowing for easy time management and identification of gaps.
Tasks are automatically rescheduled to optimize production flow. If a task is manually adjusted, all dependent tasks shift accordingly to maintain sequence requirements, ideal for processes that rely on a strict order of operations.
Updates in project priorities or other specific parameters trigger automatic rescheduling of the calendar to reflect the most current requirements.
This feature allows for grouping similar projects or parts, reducing machine setup times by scheduling tasks with shared requirements back-to-back.
Manual adjustments and task pinning to specific time frames are enabled, providing flexibility to override the automatic scheduling when custom arrangements are necessary.
Each task provides a detailed overview, including drawings, plans, and other essential documentation from the production manager, ensuring that workforce teams have all necessary information at their fingertips.
