Sistem 404 is a fully integrated web app custom-made for Zavod 404 to simplify in-house project oversight and resource management.
In an organisation with daily workshops and activities supervised by a large number of different mentors, time management, collecting course applications, and overseeing finances takes a lot of time.
Sistem 404 tries to tackle all the above problems.
Application Management
All applicants who complete the sign up form are tracked in the system.
Automated Payments
Sending of invoices for all instalments and their payments are completely automatic.
Mentor payouts
Tracking working time of mentors and employees makes sure there are no payout errors.
